The recipe is simple and almost anyone can repeat it.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage (the upper part of the leaves)
- Onion – 0.5 pcs
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sausage – 100-150 g
- Canned corn – 140 g
- Sun-dried tomatoes – to taste
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp. spoon
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Parsley
- Dill
Preparation:
Cut the onion into thin half rings and send it to the pan. Burn the onion from above with a gas burner and, adding a little vegetable oil, fry for 1-2 minutes. Put the chopped cabbage leaves in a bowl, add corn and sausage cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumbers, cut them into small cubes and put them in a bowl with salad. Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and parsley with dill. Add finely chopped eggs and fried onions to the aromatic salad.
Let’s prepare the dressing for the salad. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, add a little juice from a can of canned corn, pepper to taste, salt and pour 30 ml of vegetable oil. Grate one clove of garlic on a fine grater and mix everything well. Season the salad with the prepared sauce, add salt to taste and mix well.
