The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, arrived on a visit to Spain.
As “European Truth” reports, this became known from his post on Twitter.
On August 31, Dmytro Kuleba published a video of a walk with his Spanish colleague Jose Manuel Albares and described the details of the negotiations. He also noted that he “applauds” Spain’s presidency of the EU Council.
“The opening of negotiations on Ukraine’s membership in the EU in 2023 is a top priority. Ukraine is doing everything necessary for this, and so is the EU. In addition, we discussed the expansion of Spain’s military aid to Ukraine, which we value very much,” said Dmytro Kuleba.
